God is good, and so far He has chosen to make our path to adoption relatively smooth. Our social worker is a kind Christian woman which has made much of the questioning easier. In addition, our adoption agency has been a delight to work with.

Much has happened since I last journaled.

We received approval from our adoption agency. We've collected many, many documents while filling out many, many forms (let's just say a lot of trees are falling to the ground as a result of this endeavor). So far we have had two home study meetings with our social worker, Nicole, from New Life Christian Adoptions.

Today I received a phone call from a lady who has decided to purchase our car! Praise the Lord! This will free up our home equity loan to proceed with the adoption.
