This is the text from a letter we received from Shaohannah's Hope today:

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Brown:

On behalf of Steven Curtis Chapman and his wife, Mary Beth, we are pleased to notify you that you have been approved for an adoption assistance grant in the amount of $3,000.

A separate letter will be mailed to your adoption caseworker with instructions as to how to apply for the funds, which will be sent to A Helping Hand Adoption Agency for your benefit. Your account will be credited, thereby adjusting your adoption fee to reflect the Shaohannah's Hope grant.

Each year, Shaohannah's Hope will create a "Miracles" yearbook. Therefore, sometime shortly after completion of your adoption, we ask that you consider sending us a photo of you and your family with the new blessing (or just your adopted child) and a paragraph of your adoption testimony for our records. You are not obligated to submit this to us, but it is our hope that through your story and steps of faith, adoption miracles will be realized in the lives of other parents considering adoption.

We trust that God will richly bless your family through the miracle of adoption.
