Michael and I were married in August of 1998 and over the past nine years have been blessed with two beautiful children, Kaden & Madeline. They bring us such joy! Of course, the reality of being a parent is far different, far more complex, and far more overwhelming than the idea, but it has also been our greatest joy, and in many ways a blessing to which we feel undeserving. We have always felt that someday we might adopt. We feel very blessed that the someday is now. We know God placed this dream in our hearts long ago and He has already picked a child to be ours. Even though we can't save every orphan, we can change the life of one more child. Despite the challenges we may encounter with the adjustment of another child, we are convinced we are exactly where we are meant to be in this moment in time. We hope you will follow our journey of faith, and watch God's sovereign hand change the world one life at a time.
